Doerbase is a full-stack marketplace that connects businesses with vetted freelancers and agencies. I led its design and development at AIMVIZ — an ASP.NET Core Web API backend paired with an Angular frontend, built around clean, modular service design and a structured matching flow.
Businesses struggled to find and trust the right freelancers and agencies, while quality talent lacked a structured channel to reach vetted opportunities. The matching process needed to be reliable, secure and scalable from day one.
I built Doerbase as a modular full-stack platform: an ASP.NET Core Web API exposing secure RESTful services, and an Angular frontend delivering a smooth, responsive experience. Clean, modular service boundaries kept the matching and profile domains independent and maintainable as the product grew.
A service-oriented backend on ASP.NET Core Web API with clean, modular boundaries and RESTful contracts for secure frontend–backend communication. The Angular SPA consumes these APIs with a maintainable component structure; Bootstrap ensures cross-device consistency. Work shipped in Agile/Scrum sprints with structured branching on Bitbucket.
API / Presentation
Controllers · thin, delegate only
Application
Use cases · validation · CQRS
Domain
Entities · rules · zero dependencies
↑ dependencies point inward · infrastructure plugs in from outside
Structured matching
Connects businesses with vetted freelancers and agencies through a structured service-matching flow.
Secure REST APIs
RESTful services with authentication and authorization for safe frontend–backend communication.
Responsive Angular SPA
A maintainable Angular component architecture with Bootstrap for cross-device consistency.
Modular service design
Clean, independent service boundaries that keep the platform scalable as features grow.
- Marketplace trust is a product feature — vetting and structured matching matter as much as the tech.
- Clean service boundaries on the API let the Angular team move fast without stepping on the backend.
